Eadmer, a monk who lived during the 12th century, left a record that the Norman Canterbury Cathedral had been built upon the site of a Saxon cathedral - the second largest cathedral in the world exceeded only by St. Peter's Cathedral in Rome. Over the centuries, no one paid any attention to this story since the Saxons were believed only capable of building straw huts or wooden halls at  best - that is until 1993 when a MULTIBETON floor heating system was installed. After removing the original stone floor, the 12th century legend was found to be true. Moreover, under the Saxon cathedral, which dated back to the 6th century, even older remains were discovered from Roman times. Construction was started on the Canterbury Cathedral, as we know it today, beginning in the year 1070.

Chester Cathedral was sponsored by Henry IIX in 1541. A former Benedictine cloister and other older churches were incorporated into its structure.

During renovation from 1996-1999, the flooring of the nave was renewed with stone flooring as a safety measure.  On this occasion, the old victorian heating system, which had been a problem for several years, was replaced with MULTIBETON floor heating that amounted to  910 m². Floor heating is traditional in Chester. Even the Roman settlers of the city heated their villas with a "hypocaustum" which was the predecessor of our modern heating systems. They can still be seen today when visiting the Roman Park in Chester.

In the course of renovation in 1995, the basilica of Paray le Monial, situated in the French department of Sâone et Loire, was equipped with MULTIBETON underfloor heating. The MULTIBETON-Partner S.A.T. Marchand installed 4,800 m of MB Euro System Pipes on a 900 m² area.

In 1995 in Evry near Paris, France's newest cathedral was dedicated. An outside diameter of 38 meters and a height of 34 meters lend the brick cylinder a form that has elicited much discussion and left no one without an opinion. The interior diameter of 29 meters accommodates 1,500 worshippers in box seats and another 800 in the interior.

Malek Jan Nemati was born in the Kurdish part or Iran in 1906 and died in Paris in 1993. The synchretic prophetess supported human rights and the rights of women and acquired the epithet of "Saint Janie".

She was buried in Baillou, which belongs to the department of Loir et Cher, on a 4 ha site called "La Gaulerie" provided by princess Camilla Pallavicini. Since it was completed in 2000, the tomb designed by the architect Frédéric Roustan has developed to become a pilgrims' place.

The Islamic mosque was built from 1924 to 1928 according to plans of the Berlin architect K.A. Hermann in the so-called "Mogul style", modelled on Indian funeral chapels and is meanwhile the oldest mosque in Germany. The works were commissioned by the Ahmadiyya denomination from Lahore. The mosque was severely damaged in World War II, because the minarets served as machine-gun nests and were fought for heavily. After the war, the Allies pursued Germany's reconstruction.

In 2001, 200 m² of MULTIBETON  floor heating was installed in the Kupa Synagogue in Cracow's Kazimierz District. Since desired room temperatures were specified to be only 12 °C, the A 30 method of installation was used. Large-formated tiles were used as final floor covering.
